A patient with a faded eyebrow tattoo sought a more natural, fuller look. The process began with laser tattoo removal to lighten the existing tattoo, setting the stage for an eyebrow hair transplant.
On the day of the procedure, hair grafts were harvested from the nape of the neck and meticulously transplanted. Each graft was placed at an acute angle, parallel to the skin, for a seamless, natural appearance. Hair in the upper brow area was directed downward and laterally, while the lower portion was angled upward and laterally, achieving a balanced and realistic shape.
For the medial portion of the eyebrows, the grafts were angled upward toward the midline, creating a natural flow and contour. The result was beautifully full and natural eyebrows, perfectly framing her face and eliminating any trace of the previous tattoo.
